ICA had a wealth of excellent content which they created and continue to do so, and they also license
content from other providers but it was always sitting in a silo. It was hard for members to find and
get benefit from, and nor was the content presented back to them in a away that was relevant and useful
to them. So we worked with ICA to design and build a sophisticated personalisation capability that asked
the student about where they are in their careers, where they were located, what markets do they operate
in, their seniority, what skills do they need and what topics are they interested in.
The platform was built to match the specific needs of each member to ICA's vast library of content and
learning resources, which are then presented in a dashboard through a series of carousels which are
highly personalised to the member. Just like Netflix. We also designed and built a Competency Assessment
that is truly distinctive as a way of helping the student and members to look at their careers, to
identify their skill gaps and then plan and work towards addressing those gaps through the learning
resources and experiences being recommended to them.
